Another Beautiful Day in Waikoloa
Aloha, and can I just say it? WOW! It is another beautiful day in Waikoloa. The weather on the Big Island of Hawaii today is a gorgeous 75.5 degrees, and although the skies are a bit overcast, it just feels like the perfect day for condo hopping.
Today, I went over to Hali’i Kai to snap a few pictures of Waikoloa’s only oceanfront condo complex. I was stunned at the units that are available for rent in this complex. As you can see from the lanai photo below, the views from each unit are incredible. I am adding it to my list of condos to recommend as a rental option for all of my out of town clients in the future. Here is the scoop on what has been happening in the condo market over the past two days in Waikoloa.
New Listings: One new listing came on the market yesterday. Located in The Villages at Waikoloa, the unit is 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and has more than 2,100 square feet. It’s currently listed at $975,000. That’s a pretty great deal considering the size of the unit!
