Sometimes I see a house that someone wants me to list and I know I won't be able to sell it until they vacate it because no matter how much you talk about getting rid of clutter, they ain't gonna be able to do it. But without a doubt a clean, clutter free zone is much more appealing to Buyers (even on a subconscious level, make that especially on a subconscious level) than almost anything else about presenting your home. Sometimes I see a house that someone wants me to list and I know I won’t be able to sell it until they vacate it because no matter how much you talk about getting rid of clutter, they ain’t gonna be able to do it.
