York-based Luxury Institute, Blue Star Jets has been recognized as the most prestigious
brand in the Private Jets Services category.

others en route to being honored as the top brand in private aviation-a post it has held
since 2005.
“[Survey results] indicate that since our last survey smaller boutique brands continue to
overtake the larger players in brand status and that the larger brands need to redesign and
deliver a far better customer experience to earn a better brand reputation score,” said
Milton Pedraza, CEO of the Luxury Institute.
Through Blue Star Jets’ Sky Card program, customers are granted access to 4,000

The Luxury Institute asked ultra-wealthy consumers to rate each brand on delivering
superior quality, uniqueness and exclusivity; on whether the brand is used by people who
are admired and respected; on the ability of the brand to make clients feel special
throughout the entire customer experience; and whether the customer would refer friends
and business associates to the service. The survey also asked responders to rate each brand
on price worthiness and on change in status over the previous 12 months.
