Aloha on this wonderful day here on the Big Island. The Trade Winds have returned so the temperature has taken a turn for the best. This time of year tends to be a little slower than the high seasons. We always run a special for the months of September 1st to November 15th where if you stay for 6 nights you get the 7th night free. That can really add up and it also allows you to spend the extra money on activities like diving in Hawaii.

Lokahi (harmony,unity) is a way of life here. Things seem to have a certain flow here on the Big Island. You ask for something that morning and by the afternoon someone shows up with exactly what you need. We are always amazed at how that works here.

One of the homes is located in Kohala Ranch at around the 600 ft. level . Kohala Ranch is a gated community where this 3 bedroom 2 bath home resides. It has one of the best views of the Milky Way and truly one of the greatest sunset sites on the northern Kohala Coastline.

The other multi million dollar home is located in Kohala Waterfront on the Gold Coast. It is truly an amazing view of the Humpback whales and the spinner dolphins that frequent that water way.
