DONNA APISA, President and Principal Broker of Oceanfront Realty, began her Hawaii real estate career in 1979 on the island of Oahu and obtained her Broker’s License in 1981–the same year she moved to Princeville, Kauai. Donna formed Oceanfront Realty International, Inc. in May of 1985 and has, over the years, watched her business grow and expand into one of Hawaii’s most stable and highly-respected real estate companies.
Donna was chosen Realtor of the Year by her peers in 2005 and she continues to hold this honored title. It is based on sales, custom service, Realtor enhancement and community service.
PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS: Donna believes the only thing more expensive than education is ignorance. She has continued to enhance her education, achieving numerous professional designations, including:

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS: Donna has completed five marathons. She enjoys hiking and entertaining friends, many of whom she met as clients. Donna lives the Oceanfront motto: Our clients become our friends.
