Condo activity was fairly strong, with 3 new listings, 1 new escrow and 3 sales. Homes, however, fell flat as the only activity all week was one reduction. Here is your update:

Villas on the Prince 23 is priced at $739K. It sold in 6/07 for $935K. Kamahana 8 is available for purchase priced at $445K. This one owner condo sold for $91K in 1/80. Sealodge F4 last sold in 2/07 for $480K and it is listed for $549K.

Back on the Market:

After 355 days, Pali Ke Kua 107 expired while listed for $659K then came back on the market. It sold in 7/73 for $56K.

Contingent:

Pali Ke Kua 13 found a buyer after 603 market days priced at $545K. The most recent prior sale was in 3/13 for $425K.

Sales:

Kaiulani 12 was listed for $1.239M and sold for $1.2M cash. The sale prior to this was in 2/08 from the developer for $1,732,190.
Sandpiper 201 sold for $350K cash while listed for $400K. The last sale was for $530K in 8/05.

Nihilani 8B sold for $585K while priced at $595K. The seller paid $370K for this unit in 2/10 from the developer.

Withdrawn:

Villas on the Prince 23, priced at $739K, was withdrawn after only 27 days. After 207 days with a list price of $585K, Cliffs 5307 was withdrawn. It sold for $470K in 7/04. Puu Poa 302 was withdrawn after 533 days priced at $1.375M. Orchid Point C was listed for $3.799M. It was withdrawn after 474 market days.

Price Changes:

Kaiulani 71 was listed for $825K. It reduced to $795K. The seller paid $795K for the unit in 12/08. Puu Poa 102 reduced $5K to arrive at a price of $1.245M.
