We’ve had quite a bit of rain the latter part of the week, but that didn’t stop buyers from getting out there and putting some property into escrow, especially condos! Here is your update:

Purchased in 8/13 for $695K, Kaiulani 67 returns to the market priced at $799K. It was previously listed from 5/16 to 4/17 starting at $809,999, reducing to $799K. Paniolo 105 was purchased for $265K in 7/15 and is listed for $430K.

Puu Poa 301 sold in 12/98 for $275K and is now listed for $1.349M. It’s been listed several times over the years, most recently from 5/14 to 10/16, starting at $1.675M, reducing, over time to $1.425M.

Back on the Market:

After being briefly under contract, leasehold Pali Ke Kau 1 is available once again priced at $162,700, down from $182,700. You’ll also see it under price changes.

Contingent:

Leasehold Pali Ke Kua 210 is in escrow priced at $499K. The last sale was for $585K in 9/08.

Alii Kai 2104 found a buyer while listed for $549K. The seller paid $440K in 3/14 for the condo.

Nihilani 26B is in escrow after 228 days priced at $579K. The prior sale was for $679K in 12/06.

Villas of Kamalii 54 went into escrow with a listing price of $729,900. The most recent purchase was in 11/03 for $607,500.

Withdrawn:

Kiulani 67 was withdrawn while priced at $799K after 348 market days. The property sold in 8/13 for $695K.

Price Changes:

After going into escrow on 1/04/17, 3998 Aloalii, priced at $1.350M, is back on the market. The most recent purchase was for $1.095M in 8/14.

3785 Punahele, priced at $3.850M, is back on the market after expiring. It sold as land in 6/13 for $540K.

Contingent:

4856 Pepelani Loop was priced at $784,900 as it went into escrow this week. The home sold for $225K in 9/95. 5109 Iolani Place is in escrow. It is priced at $799,900 and was purchased by the seller in 10/05 for $895K.

With a list price of $1.496M, 4226 Kinau Place went into escrow. The most recent sale was in 12/13 for $1.175M.

3770 Punahele found a buyer after 132 days with a list price of $3.950M. The most recent sale was in 6/99 for land for $900K. The home was built in 01.

Price Changes:

4036 Kaikioewa reduced from $1.425M to $1.410M. This home sold in 3/15 for $1/070M.
