Another stellar week has gone by which continued to prompt buyers to find their own piece of paradise. Although the activity was down from last week, there were still several new escrows and sales. Here is your update:

New Listings:

Kamahana 7 sold for $235K in 12/10 and is listed for $524,950. It came on the market for a few days, then was temporarily withdrawn before it was again placed on active status. All of this happened this week which is why you’ll also see this unit under “back on the market” and “temporarily withdrawn.” Kaiulani 2 came on the market priced at $1.150M showing as sold for $1.00M cash. The seller paid $1.305M in 2/13. You’ll also see this unit under sales.

Back on the Market:

As noted above Kamahana 7 came back on the market.

Contingent:

It only took 5 days for Hale Honu 10A to find a buyer while listed for $398K. The seller paid $349K in 6/14.

Sales:

As noted under new listings, Kaiulani 2 came on the market showing as sold. Villas of Kamalii 47 sold for $745K while listed for $769K. The seller purchased this unit in 5/04 for $715K.

Under Contract:

Once again, leasehold Pali Ke Kua 1 is under contract priced at $182,700.

Alii Kai 3202 moved from in escrow to under contract while priced at $725K. The prior sale was in 6/12 for $430K.

Temporarily Withdrawn:

Kamahana 7 is back on the market after being temporarily withdrawn.

Price Changes:

Mauna Kai 8A continues to make miniscule reductions, this time it was $150. (Yes, that is the smallest reduction I’ve ever seen.) The unit is now priced at $434,750K. It last sold for $375K in 10/15.

After 212 market days, while priced at $825K, 4187 Kamalani is in escrow. The last sale was in 11/04 for $845K.

Sales:

3812 Punahele sold for the asking price of $2.2M. It was purchased for $755K in 9/99.

Price Changes:

After a $15K price reduction, 3991 Aloalii is now listed for $1.595M. The last purchase was in 12/06 for $1.150M.

3928 Namakeha Loop made a $100K reduction to arrive at a new price of $1.190M. The home was purchased for $950K in 3/09.

That’s it for houses for this week. Not even any new listings which is unusual.
