Kaiulani 22 sold for $1,757,070 from the developer in 11/07 and is newly listed for $1.795M.

Back on the Market:

Nihilani 32C went into escrow on 8/28 and is back on the market still priced at $665K. The upstairs condo sold from the developer in in 4/06 for $800K.

Contingent:

Plantation 1711 found a buyer and is contingent while priced at $519K. The last sale was in 6/13 for $360K.

Sales:

Kaiulani 1 sold for $1M cash while listed for $1.154M. The seller paid $1.195M in 3/13. Puamana 17D was purchased for $395K in 8/04, was listed for $449,500 and sold for $435K. Cliffs 8203 was listed for $725K and sold for $705K cash. The seller paid $179,900 for this unit as a leasehold property in 2/81, converting to fee simple in 6/06 for $240K.

Under Contract:

After only 4 days, Emmalani Court 322 is in escrow while priced at $499K. The last sale was for $387K in 2/09.

Withdrawn:

After 43 days, Puamana 7B, with a list price of $382,500, was withdrawn. Cliffs 3303 was also withdrawn while priced at $449,900.

After 202 market days, 4183 Mahina Place went into escrow while priced at $1.350M. The home sold in 6/06 for $1.6M.

Sales:

5070 Kamamalu Loop sold for $667K while listed for $679K. The prior purchase was in 5/08 for $850K.

4830 Ou Place sold for the list price of $690K. The seller paid $255K for this home in 9/82.

4547 Emmalani was listed for $877K and sold for $850K cash. The last purchase was in 8/05 for $405K.

Expired:

After 176 days, 4137 Nalani Lane expired. It last sold for $775K in 5/12.

Withdrawn:

After 217 market days, 3788 Mapuana Place was withdrawn with a list price of $749K. The home was purchased in 3/13 for $608K.

Price Changes:

4133 Rooke Place is now $1.169M down from $1.179M. The last purchase was in 6/03 for land at $323K. The home was built the following years.
