Hale Honu 3A sold for $145K in 1/02 and is now listed for $395K. Cliffs 3303 is back on the market priced at $450K. The seller paid $315K in 10/04 for a leasehold unit, converting to fee simple in 5/06 for $108,533. The unit was listed previously from 10/12 to 9/14 starting at $495K and reducing to $480K and again from 9/15 to 9/16 starting at $475K and reducing to $449,900. Pali Ke Kua 238 came on the market at $699K. The last sale was for $559K in 4/13.

Contingent:

Kaiulani 1 continued to slowly reduce and went from $1.169M to $1.154M at which time it went into escrow. It last sold for $1.195M in 3/13 from the developer. Kaiulani 47 is priced at $1.495M and went into escrow after 66 market days. The seller paid $1,683,590 in 9/07 from the developer.

Cliffs 2109 found a buyer while listed for $329,900. The prior purchase was for $275K in 5/09. Hale Moi 211 went into escrow priced at $495K. It sold before for $128K in 7/99.

Sealodge H4 is in escrow while priced at $499K. The most recent sale was in 4/13 for $340K. Emmalani Court 214 was on the market for 174 days when it went into escrow while priced at $540K. The last sale was in 12/14 for $479K.

Sales:

Emmalani Court 314 sold for $500K while priced at $519K. The most recent sale was for $341,900 is 6/11.

Hanalei Bay Resort A31 sold for $1.525M while listed for $1.595M. The seller paid $1.850M in 11/05.

Price Changes:

Mauna Kai 6A reduced $44,900 down to $435K. The seller paid $180K for this unit in 4/82.

Emmalani Court 415 reduced by $5K and is now priced at $509,900. The previous sale was for $385K in 2/12.

Pali Ke Kua 140 reduced from $645K to $599K. The last time it sold was in 2/88 for $130K.

Pali Ke Kua 238 increased from $698K to $699K as it came on the market.

Price Changes:

5135 Iolani reduced from $!.099M to $1.049M. It then reduced a second time by $63,400 to arrive at a new list price of $985,600. The last sale was for $521,200 in 10/01.

3785 Punahele reduced by $150K and is currently priced at $3.850M. The last sale was in 6/13 for land for $540K.
