If you are looking for a property that offers good rental income, is well priced and completely buffed out, Hale Moi 216 is for you. Listed for $395K, this property has over $50K of improvements and brings in $2100 a month! If you are not familiar with Hale Moi, it is a small complex located along Ka Haku road in Princeville. Each unit has a main door that opens to a foyer with a bedroom / bathroom on one side (B side) and a living / dining area, loft (in the upstairs units) bathroom and kitchen in the other side. (A side) Each side has a locking entry door. Many owners put a small apartment sized refrigerator and microwave in the B side and rent that side out separately from the A side. For a more spacious living area, just convert the B side back to a bedroom minus microwave and refrigerator and enjoy the entire unit yourself.
