Puamana 26B in escrow!

If you read last week’s update you saw Puamana 28B come onto the market at $319,900. I fully expected that this REO (bank owned property) would go quickly, but it went into escrow at warp speed! It was released as active on the MLS on 6-12 and went into escrow on 6-17. It’s good to see this move so quickly. Compared to other units, it is an exceptional buy.
