Wow, they must really want to sell these. They are offering from $3314/month up to $4113/month depending on the unit. I know when I bought my Nihilani condo, which is also by Brookfield, they asked to rent my unit for a few months to use it as a model. It was a nice way to take ownership because their rental period started immediately upon closing giving me a few months to look for a tenant. If you are interested in knowing more about one of these units, please do not hesitate to ask.

Also noteworthy today is Pali Ke Kua unit #111 which just went into escrow listed at $1.1M. This property was not previously listed: it came on the market showing in escrow. Here is the information:
