Princeville condo update for the week of Dec 16th to 22nd
Happy Holidays to all of you! MELE KALIKIMAKA ( pronounced like may lay caw lee key maw caw.) Now don’t hold me to this pronunciation as I am but a realtor and not a Hawaiian language expert — but at least you get the general idea. Rain rain go away was the other phrase heard round the Island and I think it is finally working. At least we have had spots of sunshine as the rain continues to blow in off the Ocean. Of course, if you go to the Westside it’s an entirely different world over there. No rain!

For the first time in a long time, there were no new listings this week. (Is that possible?) The Paniolo unit that is back on the market simply expired after a year of wanting to sell, but they’re going to keep trying. One of the shares of the Plantation 621 went into escrow after 252 days on the market and the other segments were withdrawn for some unknown reason. Maybe I’ll have an explanation for you in next weeks blog. And finally we have the ever present price changes. Hale Moi 210 dropped $20K, Plantation 1512 $4K, Nihilani 29C $25K with Cliffs 9102 coming down $15K. And thats all she wrote!
