Princeville condo update for the week of August 12 to August 18

Aloha,

We are all breathing easier now that Flossie has gone about her business and left the Islands intact. Fortunately, Flossie lost most of her strength before brushing past Hilo. As a result of Mother Nature showing her more dangerous side, there wasn’t too much real estate activity last week.

We did see some activity within the Villas of Kamalii where unit 56, listed at $925K went into escrow while unit #35 came on the market at $825K and unit #41 was temporarily withdrawn listed at $869 only to come back on the market at a new low of $839, stating it was “hardship sale…price is firm.” Even one of the “fractionals” – Villas 42 came back on the market after going into escrow. It’s interesting to see so much activity within one complex.
