With the sale of Cliffs unit 7202 for $575K after being listed for $599K (which was considerably less than similar Cliffs condos), and Cliffs 3206 going into escrow while listed at $425K, it will be interesting to see what the other sellers do.

Hopefully the activity will continue. We had a ‘full house’ on Island this weekend as it was Kauai’s turn to host the State Championship Outrigger Canoe Paddling Races. This took place down in beautiful Hanalei Bay. A great time was had by all.
