Another well priced condo bites the dust! I mentioned Hale Honu 10B in a previous post when it came on the market at $475K, making it the least expensive 3 bedroom unit on the N. Shore. The seller later reduced to $425K in a very nice $50K price drop which made it less expensive than another 2 bedroom unit in the same complex. I’m happy to report that this seller’s efforts paid off as the property went into escrow the other day. Here are two pictures of the unit:
