Princeville condo update for the week of May 13 to 19

Aloha,

Two Mauna Kai units came on the market this week, both with 3 beds / 2 baths and both priced at $639,000. A Cliffs fractional also came back onto the market at $150,000. This is a 8 week rotating fractional with the timeslot for 2007 of July 17 – September 11, 2007 and for 2008 it is May 6, 2008 – July 1, 2008. It was nice to see some movement with 4 units going into escrow along with one fractional ownership. Three properties closed, two of which were the presale Kai’ulani. As usual, there were several price reductions. Here is your update:
