A new window will appear offering you the opportunity to define the most sophisticated property search currently available. You will receive a map showing where the homes are located. The basic info and a photos, but you will get much more too. You also see them as a list and you get pop ups with a photos and basic info on each. But MORE, you get graphs showing list to sell relationships, market time, number of homes on the market graphed against those sold, community information and more. The research is generated from actual data provided by our local MLS. It comes to you “real time” from the “Source”, it is not filtered DATA. The process may take up to 30 minutes to generate, but you will find it worth the wait. It would take hours or even days to put together the data comparisons you are going to receive. This may be the best part, you can have the data updated according you your schedule.

JOYCE’S TIP: When you reach the category “I AM”, select, “The owner”.  Then you can enter an address in the neighborhoods that interest you most. Both Sellers and Buyers can get the list to sell ratios and average day on the market.
