Meghan Clair specializes in Luxury Residential and Investment properties in the South Maui area. Additionally, Meghan is raising the awareness of “Green Real Estate” here on Maui. She is Maui’s first female Eco Broker and an integral event planner for green building seminars on island. She can benefit Sellers by promoting the cost-saving, green features that set listings apart from the competition. She can also post listings on “green specific” internet sites to attract green minded buyers. Meghan can assist buyers in finding a home that is healthier, more comfortable, and more cost-effective.
Prior to joining Windermere Real Estate Wailea in the beginning of 2007 as an agent and EcoBroker, Meghan worked for almost 4 years at the Luxury Real Estate firm Village Properties, located in Santa Barbara/Montecito California. Meghan has had great success in real estate due to her technical savvy, organizational prowess, friendly disposition and ability to successfully close transactions in a timely manner. While in California, Meghan gained valuable experience with both her personal real estate acquisitions in the past year and a half, and by helping close 40 escrows in 2005 and 2006.
Although she is new to Windermere, Meghan and her family are long time Maui residents, and she is very familiar with Maui real estate and at home here on the island. The combination of her love of Maui’s casual, hedonistic lifestyle, and her previous business experience on the mainland, make her the perfect real estate source for mainland clients in search of a second home or relocation to the Valley Isle.

Meghan’s is a member of Na Hale O Maui, a local organization dedicated to balancing the affordability of housing for local Maui residents and smart development vs. sprawl. Additionally, Meghan is a team leader for the Habitat for Humanity organization which builds low income homes on island for people in need.
