The big news today is USDA Rural Housing Development is now out of funds so those loans are no longer available until further notice. Many people thought the end of April, but it came sooner than expected.

●The only way to get 100% financing now is with a VA loan (primary residence)
●FHA still offers 96.5% financing with 3.5% down (primary residence)

The parade will begin at 5:00pm and starts at the Kekuaokalani Gym (soccer field area near Old A’s) along Kuakini Hwy pass the West Hawaii Today paper making a right onto Alii Drive winding pass the Kamehameha Hotel, Hulihee Palace, Waterfront Row and finishing just past the Coconut Grove Marketplace.

There will be seven announcer stations along the parade route:
