About Me

Beth Thoma Robinson R(S)
Hawaii Palm Properties
This corner of paradise is my chosen home rather than my birthplace. My father served in Hawai’i during WWII and I inherited his passion for the Islands and their culture. After moving with my family to the Big Island I worked first in new development, selling Kolea and Hali’i Kai oceanfront condominiums in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. That’s how I developed my appreciation for these wonderful Kohala Coast resorts, and the expertise and perspective I share with you on this blog.
Whether you are looking for a carefree second home in an oceanfront resort community, needing a primary residence, planning for future retirement, or seeking savvy investment opportunities, I can help you sort through the options, guide you through the transaction and get you situated in the community.
I bring the diverse skills of a “professional chameleon” to work as a trusted advisor to my clients. As a PhD economist by training, I understand markets. As an 11-year veteran of Wall Street, I understand finance. As an entrepreneur, I ran both a talent management business and a membership organization providing education for high net worth families. When my husband and I became full-time residents in Hawaii in 2005, I saw real estate as an avenue to continue to serve the client base I’d been working with for 30 years. But beware–I have a habit of turning clients into friends!
