Holy Screamin’ Deal Batman!
For those who have enjoyed driving through Poipu Beach Estates lately you may have noticed the landscapes are looking more finished and it is easy to see that this neighborhood will deliver what was promised. The latest news is not about the finalizing of the subdivision (although that is welcome news) the big news is the prices on some of the offerings. Makai Properties recently listed two very choice FULL ACRE lots and on caravan yesterday and as the listing agent got off the phone he said the the seller just instructed him to lower the price to $449,000. Thats pretty much a screamin’ deal considering that is about half of what some of these full acre lots were originally being offered for. Any acre anywhere on Kauai for $449k is a good value but in Poipu?
