If you are an owner of a single family home outside of a designated Visitor Destination Area, you will need to renew your application no later than July 31, 2009. Yes, I know, you just applied for it this year and logic dictates that it would be due for renewal next year – NOT SO. I have posted a renewal form on the Makai Properties website. Please go to www.makaiproperties.com and then to “Online Documents”. It’s called a TVR Renewal Form.
