There’s been a lot of activity the first 2 weeks of January. Our Kauai weather has been beautiful and it appears more people are realizing Kauai is where they want to be. There’s also been a lot of media attention lately to the fact that Hawaii in general is experiencing more foreclosures. I have yet to see these turn into REO assigments.
