New Upcoming Kauai REO Listings (with Kauai Dreams Realty):

This is just a short update. October has been a busy month for Kauai Real estate. At the end of the month I think October will show more closed Kauai sales then any other month in 2009 so far. More REOs are coming on the market. There is still a demand for property if it is priced right.
