KSV is a great spacious condo project but a large assesment will be in the future for the cesspool to septic or sewer line connection as mandated by the EPA.
#2. 4910 Aliali Road #5, Kapaa. This is a 3 bedroom 1.5 detached home that is part of Apopo Hale condominium project. $279,000. MLS#219935 There are no garages but instead open parking. Maintenance fees of $251.16 pay for the upkeeping of the manicured grounds.
