Kauai Real Estate REOs & Foreclosures

It appeared for a couple of weeks that no new REOs were coming on the market. But the lull was just temporary. Here are two new bank owned houses that will be coming on the market soon.

4836A Puuwai Road, Kalaheo. This house will be listed with Julie Black (R) Kauai Dreams Realty. No price yet.

4119 Aheahe Pl, Lihue. This is a two story house with a 3 bedroom 2 bath home on top and a family room with bath or studio on bottom. Cul-de-sac location. Fannie Mae/Freddy Mac foreclosure/owned.
