Realtors like myself have REOs listed for sale. These are properties that have been foreclosed on and taken back by the bank. You can bid on properties at the foreclosure sale, the bank most likely will only bid up to their loan amount. Most Hawaii foreclosures (all islands) are posted in the Honolulu Star-Bullentin Classified section.
