It will be interesting to see if the Anini Estate at 3557 Anini Road previously owned by Jim Lull ( a once prominent loan officer here on the island of Kauai until scandal and bankruptcy hit) will sell at foreclosure auction or will be taken back by the bank. If taken back by the bank this multi million dollar property will be the priciest REO on Kauai’s current real estate market.
