Had a chance to talk to Johnny D the other day…..thats John D’Amore from the sales team at Koloa Landing. He just stopped by to say hello and thank us for submitting our clients reservation forms. Since they opened the program in early September they have collected 108 deposits. The way it will work is that these reservation holders will be provided a price list and site plan of the first units to become available to choose from. Then on October 27, 2007 they will open a selection process where their reservation will be attached to a property via sales contract. They will have 30 days to review all that information and then move forward with the purchase. There should be some nice ocean views from the units and the layouts are remarkable.
