Well, last Thursday I took the long flights and returned home from the lively South Beach Miami! I found Kauai to be as beautiful as ever upon my return! Surf’s up on the South Shore, and over the weekend there was a big Harley Ride and Harley Festival. Apparently there were over 300 Bikers who rode together but I did not hear a thing. So even a big event like that does not distrupt the peace on Kauai! I briefly stopped by the festival which was a fun outdoor festival with a live band, great food and water slides for the kids!

The other sold for $5,900,000 on the North Shore, asking price was $6,150,000 and it was only on the market for 72 days! So as you can see, our market is a Buyers Market and days on market can range greatly, but spectacular homes priced well, usually sell quickly!
