The spreadsheets with the actual sales data are a great resource in this market, where asking prices are frequently disconnected from selling prices. At the risk of being a greedy free-loader on your data, do you have any way to add in "fallen out of escrows" as a separate category. I hear different numbers on the percentage of escrows that do not close on Kauai these days.
