That’s too bad about the car wrecks. People drive too fast everywhere (not just Kauai). We are all in a hurry.

No condos closed this week? Based on your previous four weeks’ spreadsheets, only 11 condos closed for all of August. Incredibly low given the amount of listings. I guess most all sellers are merely “testing the market”, and only a few actually “have” to sell. I’m not sure what else to conclude.
