Greetings From Kauai! The big news this week had been hurricane Flossie which came and went giving us some showers, wind and nothing else. We are back to our trade winds and night showers. My company is co-brokering a new subdivision here on the South Shore called Wainani. We have our building permits and today we are touring the site! We are very excited about this project as it is Poipu’s first subdivision that is built out at one time. If you would like more information on this new subdivision I will forward that on to you.
