Aloha! I hope you all had a great weekend!!! Koloa Days wound down with a parade on Saturday and a Rodeo today. The visitors here in Poipu have really been enjoying themselves as have us residents. It has not been too hot and we’ve had some nice evening showers to keep everything fresh and green for the morning. The big new activity for real estate has been the release of the Ko Olina condos in the Port Allen area. These condos are geared towards the first time home buyer.
