Kauai Real Estate Update July 15
Aloha and welcome to this weeks report card on Kauai Real Estate! It has been reported that the visitor count is down as is the occupancy in hotels however; the occupancy in vacation rental condos is way up. This is a trend our condo owners who rent their units out when they are not enjoying them like to see! My office is locted on the grounds of the Kiahuna Plantation which is a condo resort (”condotel”) and I live at the Poipu Kai Resort which is another condo resort and I can tell you all that both places have been filled constantly.
