~Homes for sale are entered onto a computer internet based system called MLS (Multiple Listing Service); excluding For Sale By Owner and occasionally a few others
~The majority of Agents have access to MLS, meaning they have the SAME LIST of houses for sale.
~It is best for you, the BUYER to choose an Agent you like and trust to work with exclusively. You want an agent that explains everything clearly and that you feel comfortable working with.
~Buyer’s Agreement is a commitment to work exclusively with the agent you have selected. This means that other agents may not permitted to pursue you as clients and that your contracts to purchase property are submitted by the Agent specified in the agreement.
