Co-founder of Mortgage808 with Frank Park since 2003, Peter is involved with all aspects of the daily operation. His effective leadership and efficient management has made MortgageSource, LLC a highly desirable place to work for as a mortgage professional and continues to attract top mortgage consultants within the local lending industry. Peter has been in the home lending business since 1999 and he loves the job tremendously: “Everyday is a new adventure,” he says.
As a proud 1st generation American with Korean and Swedish heritage, Peter believes in success through proactive charisma. Graduate of Mid-Pacific Institute (’83), his achievements include a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts (’88), a French Teaching Certificate from l’Université de Nice, France (’92), a Master of Art in Teaching from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey (’96), a Master of Education from University of Hawaii in Educational Foundations with specialization in Philosophy of Education (’00), and holds a 3rd degree Blackbelt Certificate from the World Taekwondo Federation.
Peter is an automobile enthusiast and loves to play golf. Devoted husband and a father of two children, he cherishes his time with his family when not working.
