Here are a few of my favorite things to do on Kauai July 31, 2009

I enjoy stand up paddling up the Hanalei River or hiking the Hihimanu Trail while taking in all of the beauty this island has to offer.  I love eating a delicious Plate Lunch from the Pono Market or enjoying the wonderful tradition of Hamura’s Saimin.  I love watching the sunset on the crystal clear waters of Hanalei Bay, sipping on a glass of wine at any of the wonderful Hanalei restaurants, or taking in the live music and the Tahiti Nui.

There are plenty of fun things to do on the island of Kauai.  Come for vacation; stay for a lifetime.

If you are looking for a good deal in real estate, I have a couple of listings you will want to check out.

First, I have Makua Hideaway located on the North Shore of Kauai in Haena.  This home has three bedrooms and three baths, is only a short walk to a beautiful beach, is a County Approved Vacation Rental, and is priced at only $648,000.

Second, I have an almost new, furnished home on golf course frontage in Princeville.  This three bedroom, four bath home is a furnished vacation rental with Bali Hai views.  It is within walking distance to the newly re-opened Happy Talk Lounge where you have spectacular views of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai while enjoying your favorite refreshment and/or pupu.  This home is priced at $1,225,000.
