There are several types of zoning in the town of Hanalei. Most of the beachfront parcels in Hanalei Bay are zoned “Open” which helps to protect the beauty of our beachfront. The balance of Hanalei’s properties are zoned “Residential” with a sprinkling of “Agriculture” zoned parcels. Then there is the “Music” zone…..
Several of Hanalei’s restaurants support the local musical talents of people like Angela Rose with Joe LaMore, Vito Trulligo, Matt Bolton and various artists that play Hawaiian music. Whatever zone you want to be in, Hanalei has it available and I am here to assist you.
