Just a quick note to let you know that the names of a couple of HAR forms will be changing.

They are:

  • “Agreement of Sale Addendum to the Purchase Contract” has been shortened to “Agreement of Sale Addendum”
  • “Existing “As Is” Condition Addendum” has been shortened to “”As Is” Condition Addendum”
  • Also, the “Purchase Contract” and the “Purchase Money Mortgage Addendum” both underwent revisions.
