My Real Estate career started in 1994 in California as a Mortgage Broker.

I have been a Hawaii resident and investor for several years here in Puna and enjoy helping people with their real estate investments.

I believe education is important so I have taken lots of classes. Knowledge is power and that power can be working for you.

My wife Mary & I are active in the community. We bring chickens to schools and teach about the benefits of free ranging chickens for eggs.

I am also known as the Bio-Friendly Realtor as I run my car on Biodiesel. (recycled cooking oil) When I show you properties you can feel good knowing my car gets 40+ mpg and pollutes 80% less than other realtors cars.

More than 75% of my business is from referrals from other Realtors®, Friends and past clients. These people know my ethics and don’t hesitate to send people my way as they know I will work hard for them. It doesn’t matter whether you are Buying or Selling in Hawaii I can help you.
