Aloha Elaine,
I own 12 condo/hotel units on Kauai on a white sandy beach. Nine of the 12 units are connecting with six of the units having connecting doors. This is a perfect investment property for a Canadian buyer that would want to take advantage of the dollar value here in USA. 86.5% occupancy YTD, 300 rack rate. I will be listing the nine connecting units tomorrow and will pay a 3% commission @ $2,995,000 if you want more info let me know. My instinct tells me a Canadian buyer wants this. 808-346-4644 Nick Michaels
