Often times a property can produce revenue to cover expenses. It can not be assumed that a property will “pay for itself” I can say that when approached with a solid business plan and multiple revenue streams as this property has it could provide the additional income to support the project.

More then would the property support itself would be the question would the potential buyers be prepared to support it at times when or if “things” happen.
