We are presently listed with Coldwell-Banker but there would still be a 3% sales commission available for a sale. There are some minor modifications that would help this ad be more productive. We have reduced the price to: $1,595,000. firm.... Also the Inn is Street Legal concerning all of the building permits and the Special Use Permit as an Inn.
